Upneet Bhatia is a firebrand in the Indian and International Events industry who has been responsible for the planning, coordinating, and execution of events of various types and sizes not just in India but across the globe.

To name a few landmark shows that she has led and produced; the IIFA Awards, Global Citizen with Coldplay, IPL Opening Ceremony and a whole lot more including most recently Diljit Dosanjh – Born To Shine World Tour and Feeding India headlined by Post Malone and the very recent Ed Sheeran Mathematics Tour in Mumbai.

As an Executive Producer and Show Director, she works closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, and then uses her creativity and organisational skills to bring those ideas to life.

She is traditional in thought but extremely ambitious about live events. Madly passionate about movies, music and everything dramatic. A small town girl from Jamshedpur who has made her mark in not just Mumbai but the world over.

Upneet comes with a deep understanding of the events industry, including trends, best practices, and regulations, as well as the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and sometimes even vendors.

With great attention to detail and ability to multitask, Upneet makes sure that all the pieces of an event come together seamlessly, leaving a lasting, impactful, memorable impression on one and all.

If you catch me outside of work, I’m an adventurous traveler – 21 countries and counting – and an avid lover of nature.
