I have always wanted to do something big, on my own for as long as I can remember!
At the age of 10, I wanted to clean up the environment so I led the Little Eco Friends (a
pro environment group of 500 school children) to reduce plastic consumption across
India. We even went on to win Volvo’s Young Environmentalists Award in Sweden. I,
then represented India at the United Nations Environment Program for a cleaner, lesser
polluted world.

Growing up, even though events and birthdays were never big in my family, I found a lot
of happiness in bringing people together for even just one annual Eid lunch. So at the
age of 17 I scratched this itch and co-founded Rices Obliquity (a clubbing community)
to bring all of Bangalore together for incredible nightlife experiences. We produce at
least 10 events every month. If you are in Bangalore having an amazing time at a party,
you are most likely at an RO event! We even joined hands with Sunburn and co produced
concerts of the likes of David Guetta, Avicii, Hardwell, Dada Life, Matzo, etc.

I am always looking out for opportunities to get better and bring people together. I took
another step in this direction in December 2014 and co-founded SteppinOut (India’s
largest experience curator) to change how people spend their weekends and get
entertained offline. Since its inception, I’ve launched launched disruptive experiences
such as Movie Nights, Comedy Nights, Night Markets, Food Festivals and Wanderfests
in 6 cities- that’s a total of 300+ experiences!

With RO, We own nightlife experiences and with SteppinOut, We own all the other experiences
people share with one another
