Royston Netto is the Head of Product and Marketing at Bajaj Finserv Asset Management Limited. He is responsible for building saliency and preference for the brand as well as driving business through the company’s digital channels.
Royston joined the Bajaj Finserv Group in 2013. During the last 10 years, he has managed various Marketing roles across Advertising & Communications, Brand Strategy, Research, Digital Marketing, Retail Marketing and Experience Design, at Bajaj Finance Limited. His most recent role was as Head of Content Marketing and Group Brand Management, where he was responsible for managing the brand platform for all group companies as well as transforming the function into a Content Tech unit that fuelled the company’s digital transformation agenda.
Prior to joining the Bajaj Finserv Group, Royston led account management roles at various leading Indian advertising agencies viz. Contract (part of the WPP Group), DDB Mudra & BBH and also did a sales stint at Coca-Cola.
