Reema Sanghavi is the Founder of Maximus MICE & Media Solutions, a decade-old global, award-winning brand with a network of over 500 corporate clients across continents and a repertoire of thousands of successfully executed events.

As one of the key steps towards women empowerment, she co-founded Pinkathon, which is now Asia’s Largest Run for Women featuring over 1 Lakh women runners every year. She also runs an NGO – United Sisters Foundation which works extensively on Women Matters like Menstrual Hygiene , Fitness , Education, Livelihood and skill training , Safety , Rights and Participation.

She also leads the United Sisters Foundation, an NGO working extensively on key women-centric issues including menstrual hygiene, education, livelihood, skill development, safety, rights, and participation.

Reema currently serves as the Vice President – West for Event and Experiential Marketing Association (EEMA), the leading platform for information, education, networking, and commercial opportunities, as well as the leading voice in government and the community for firms within the event industry in the West region.

Over the years, she has been conferred with prestigious accolades including the MICE Future Leader of the Year Award, Femina Women Leadership Award and many more for my contributions to the business and industry.

She has always strived to raise the bar higher with each step, leaving a distinct trail of impactful experiences that have contributed significantly to the world of experiential marketing!
