As the new General Manager of Raffles Udaipur, effective January 2026, she brings a unique blend of operational expertise, strategic vision, and a deep commitment to curating extraordinary guest experiences.
In her professional tenure, Gurnoor served as General Manager at The St. Regis Goa Resort and Sheraton Mall of the Emirates, Dubai, where she elevated brand hallmarks, refined guest experiences, and strengthened the properties’ positioning on the global luxury map. She also drove operational excellence, introduced innovative dining concepts, and enhanced brand presence, achievements that earned her recognition.
Gurnoor’s excellence has been widely recognised across the luxury hospitality industry. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and has earned multiple accolades, including Best General Manager in the Middle East, 2023 (Haute Grandeur), GM of the Year Middle East, 2022, and inclusion in Hotelier Middle East’s Top 100 General Managers, 2022.
Her professional journey began in finance, providing her leadership with analytical rigour and strategic insight. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi, an Executive Master’s from IIM Lucknow, and has completed advanced programs at Cornell University in Strategic Hospitality Management and Hotel Real Estate Investments & Asset Management.

She is dedicated to cultivating highly capable, motivated teams and creating experiences that are meticulously curated, meaningful, and memorable for every guest. Throughout her career, she has successfully led initiatives to elevate guest satisfaction, streamline operations, and drive organisational excellence across diverse international markets.
Outside her professional pursuits, Gurnoor is an avid traveller, a trained classical dancer, and a passionate food enthusiast; interests that mirror her appreciation for culture, creativity, and the finer details that make every experience unforgettable.
