Dilip Puri is a veteran hospitality professional with over 33 years of experience spanning hotel operations, development, asset management, and hospitality education across India, Australia, and Africa. Having worked with globally renowned hospitality brands including The Oberoi Group, Taj Hotels, InterContinental Hotels Group, and Starwood Hotels and Resorts, he has played a pivotal role in building and expanding premium hotel brands and leading projects from concept to successful launch.
Formerly CEO of Duet Hotels, a private equity-backed hotel development company, Dilip brings deep expertise in hotel investments, asset management, and value creation. He is also the founder of the Indian School of Hospitality, reflecting his commitment to shaping the future of hospitality talent and leadership. Today, as an advisor and consultant, he works closely with developers, owners, and investors on brand strategy, project development, operational excellence, and luxury guest experience, bringing a rare perspective shaped by decades of hands-on leadership across every side of the hospitality business.
