Dhruv began his career in 2002 as a trainee at Microsoft India in the Activation Team.

Post doing his MBA in from International Management Institute, New Delhi (IMI) he co founded Vibgyor in 2004 and has been instrumental in shaping Vibgyor’s journey to become a leader in Experiential Marketing & Event Management.

His passion for curating corporate events & innovative marketing campaigns
have led to Vibgyor winning Nation & International Awards for Marketing Excellence. Over the past 18 years he has work extensively across different sectors like FMCG, Telecom, E Commerce, Personal Care, Food & Beverage, Consumer Durables.

In 2021 Dhruv founded D2C smart sampling platform ‘Happy Flap’ which leverages the reach of e-commerce companies for efficient sampling to chosen consumers while leveraging technology to get feedback & push online sales.
Happy Flap has executed 6 Million samples till date for large brands like Maggi, Kinder Joy, TLC Cheese, Nescafe, Ceregrow, Cavin’s, Hersheys, Maybelline, Plum.

Apart from work his passions include travelling, adventure sports, spirituality, music & food
