Bhavik Kashyap is a seasoned marketing and events professional with over 14 years of experience spanning both agency and brand-side leadership roles. Currently heading Events, Internal Communications, and Employee Engagement at PhonePe, he is responsible for creating impactful experiences that strengthen culture, engagement, and brand connections across the organization.
Prior to PhonePe, Bhavik spent nearly five years at Xiaomi India, where he led the Events and Associations function, driving high-profile launches, strategic partnerships, and large-scale brand experiences. He also played a key role in establishing Hyperlink’s Bengaluru operations, contributing to business growth and client expansion. His career foundation was built across leading agencies including Fountainhead, Madison, Seventy Seven, and Sphinx Adonis, where he managed event IPs, client servicing, business development, and project delivery. Known for blending strategic thinking with flawless execution, Bhavik has consistently delivered experiences that drive engagement, strengthen brands, and create lasting impact.
