Anshul Punhani is a thorough bred marketing professional having a work experience, of 17 yrs in the New Age Consumer and Technology Marketing Space – Ecommerce, DotCom, IT, Telecom and Consumer Durables & Electronics. He has a solid exposure in the areas of Marketing – Consumer & Product, New Product Development, Brand Management, MarCom and Trade & Channel Marketing.
Having worked with the best of Global Organizations – Microsoft Corporation, Monster.com, Samsung Electronics, Sony Ericsson and J Walter Thompson he has ample exposure in Local, Regional, National and WW Marketing. At Monster.com most recently, he was awarded the 50 Most Talented CMOs of India award this year.
He has been part of and has been responsible for iconic global launches in various organizations – Most recently in Monster.com – the whole new brand positioning & new imagery for India, Middle East & South East Asia and Hong Kong, Microsoft : Office 2007 and Windows Vista; Videocon Mobile Phones – The whole brand itself and around 70+ SKUs; Sony Ericson : Walkman Series of phone; Samsung – NotePcs, SyncMaster TFT Monitors, YEPP MP3 Player; JWT – Nestle Maggie Soups Sauces & Seasoning. He has been an active contributor to WW Marketing and was part of the Cross Function Team in Monster WW & Microsoft Seattle. In Samsung he drove the World Cyber Games or the Cyber Olympics as a global initiative in India. He drove the whole program and took a team of 7 people to San Francisco for Global participation from India. He was also driving the IIFA – The Oscars for Bollywood in India
