Through his #IndiaToTheWorld campaign, Aayushman envisions India as a major player in global pop culture. He passionately advocates for policy reforms and government initiatives that support the Indian music industry, positioning music as a key driver of India’s soft power on the world stage. His belief in the potential of Indian artists beyond Bollywood has made him a vocal proponent of a broader and more dynamic music ecosystem.
In addition to REPRESENT, Aayushman is a partner at BlackCab, a leading integrated marketing agency managing some of the biggest media, entertainment, and D2C brands. His leadership has helped scale the agency to over 100 full-time marketers, driving impactful campaigns across industries.

His portfolio spans across diverse sectors, with investments in Comet (a homegrown sneaker brand), House of X (a creator-led incubator), Nirmalaya (a fragrance and incense brand), Zippie (a delivery platform), and more. Most recently, he co-founded SOL, a fragrance brand launched in collaboration with Zaeden and Amal Jain.
Aayushman’s relentless ambition and influence have earned him numerous accolades, including Young Business Leader (Under 40) and Youth Entrepreneur of the Year (2018). He was also named among India’s Top 10 Young Entrepreneurs by Asian Age. His journey began at just 18, when he started as a marketer and ticketing agent for music concerts, carving a space for live entertainment in Mumbai and unlocking new audiences. Today, he stands at the forefront of India’s cultural evolution, building the next generation of artists, creators, and brands to shape a truly global Indian pop movement.
